The following workshops are designed to apply shamanism and shamanic healing techniques successfully to your daily lives. Each of the workshops introduces the participant to the classic shamanic journey, a visionary method used to explore the hidden universe. Participants will learn to meet and study with their spirit helpers, and to meet and discover their own power animals. Participants will learn to align with these energies within to better understand themselves, and to become co-creators in their own lives with more focus and vitality.

Finding your power animal is a great gift that we can give to ourselves. Animals come as guides, protectors, and of course as teachers. These guides are powerful metaphors for the lessons our soul has come to learn and heal from. As protective spirits, the purpose of animal guides is to support our growth and development as evolving human beings. Animal guides can help you in many areas of your life whether they are of the physical or astral plane. They can help focus and raise the energy of a ritual or medicine wheel, they can protect you during your meditations or vision quests, as well as in the real world, and many other things you can learn from them. During our lifetime, there will be many spirit animal guides that will come to assist us. With the power animal workshop, we will investigate what our chief power animal may be, and what our birth totem animal is. In learning what our birth animal is, we will examine our cycles of life and as we grow in maturation, and understand what challenges we face.
A Medicine Wheel is a physical manifestation of Spiritual energy. It is a sacred space for us to contemplate, to gather with others, to share, to pray, and to heal within the powers of creation. In the moments of quiet reflection, we sit in the center of the wheel and connect with the Creator and view our lives from a higher perspective; a mirror in which we can better see what is going on within us. It is here that we can begin to understand how each symbol around the circle brings us knowledge and experience necessary to move around each direction we take in life. It is a wheel of protection and helps us to see which areas we need to develop in order to live life in beauty, balance and power. As we move around the circle we discover that there are many spirit helpers to aid us on our journey, such as our ancestors, the animal spirits, grandmother moon, the stars, the collective spirit of all plants, and so on. The medicine wheel allows us to gather surrounding energies into a focal point and to commune with spirit, self and nature. With the medicine wheel workshop, participants will learn about how to connect with all of the energies of the earthly and spiritual realms, known as the Earth count. This workshop is to awaken the connection of the energy within and helps to allow you to be a natural and integral part of life itself.
Surrounding and permeating our physical body is an energy field that contains our state of being. Some describe this field as the human aura, or our body’s quantum and atomic energy field. The characteristics of each person’s physical and psychological makeup will be reflected in their energetic field. Within this field is the assemblage point of man, which is a pinpoint of energy and light located in the centre of the chest just above the level of the nipples. The location of the assemblage point influences our conscious reality and greatly affects physical and mental health. When we have balanced feelings, balanced reason, and a balanced mind, these experiences and feelings are considered a perception of reality from a balanced frame of reference. However, for those of us who have experienced a serious physical accident or tragedy, depression, physical or emotional exhaustion, disease, and so on, one can very easily bring about an involuntary shift of the assemblage point. This sudden shift and new location of the assemblage point changes our whole perception of reality including our physical health. With the assemblage point workshop, we will examine what the assemblage point is, where the maladaptive assemblage points are, as well as mapping and learning how to shift the assemblage point for ourselves.
